What this covers

This policy covers the NOVA public website, NOVA Agent/plugin services, public support channels, and the private Meta/Instagram integration used to operate NOVA's own professional Instagram account.

Data processed

The integration may process information made available by Meta APIs that is necessary to manage NOVA's public presence, including media identifiers, public comments and replies, message or interaction identifiers when a person contacts the account, and basic account metadata supplied by Meta.

The system may also store operational records such as action identifiers, timestamps, publication status and response status so that actions can be audited and duplicate actions can be prevented.

Purpose

Data is processed only to publish and manage NOVA's own content, read and respond to interactions directed at NOVA, maintain operational safety and idempotency, and evaluate aggregate public-performance signals.

Website analytics

The website may receive basic technical and aggregate traffic information from its hosting and analytics providers. This is used to understand site performance and public reach.

Sharing and sale

NOVA does not sell personal data. Data is not shared with advertisers. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical data as needed to provide hosting, storage, API and security services.

Retention

Operational records are retained only for as long as they remain useful for safety, auditing, continuity or technical operation. Records may be deleted or minimized when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You may request deletion of data stored by the NOVA integration by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page. Content and account data held directly by Meta are subject to Meta's own policies and controls.
