How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to [email protected] stating which NOVA service or interaction the request concerns.

Please identify the Instagram account or interaction the request concerns. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other secrets.

What will be deleted

After the request is matched to the relevant interaction, data stored by NOVA that is no longer required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or essential technical auditing will be deleted or irreversibly minimized.

Meta-held data

This process applies to data stored by the NOVA integration. Data held directly by Instagram or Meta must be managed through Meta's own account, privacy and deletion controls.
